With over 30 years experience across industrial contract and project management, electronics and computing design, Scott Begbie has led the APC Technology team as Managing Director since 2009.

Scott is a hands-on leader, leveraging his engineering background and technical expertise to help drive our close knit team to continually innovate and deliver reliable, purpose-built technology solutions for our clients.

Ben Hodge is responsible for the day to day running of the sales team and developing the strategic sales plan for APC Technology. Ben is also focused on developing the defence and aerospace opportunities.

With a diverse business background from multiple industries and disciplines, Ben is driven to perform and achieve and leads by example, inspiring the sales team to exceed the expectations of our customers.

Corey Smart is responsible for the development and growth of business opportunities both new and within existing client accounts.

Corey’s sales and engineering background means he brings a wealth of experience to the sales team. Corey thrives on the challenge of problem solving and is driven to find the best solutions to support clients.

With extensive experience  in the identification, negotiation and closure of new business opportunities across a diverse range of industries, Chris Ramsden has a proven track record in developing and managing clients. Chris is responsible for major opportunities in transportation, agriculture, food & beverage.

Chris has a hands-on approach, a drive for success and an eye for detail ensuring our clients receive second-to-none service.

A seasoned professional with a proven track record of supporting customers & internal sales, Ben Perkins has an extensive background in the hardware and software space. Ben is responsible for the promotion and sales of third party products as well as supporting sales.

Ben enjoys the opportunity to engage with customers and build-long term relationships.

John Head is responsible for the day to day running of the engineering team and the development of new solutions. John is focused on the development and coordination of engineering projects and the supervision of multiple teams in research and testing.

With a diverse technical background with extensive involvement with the programmatic, commercial and regulatory aspects of business, John brings a wealth of experience and a hands-on approach to elevating the engineering team.

With over 25 years experience in the electronic defence industry, Keith McDougle leads the APC Technology manufacturing team. Keith is responsible for the co-ordination of all manufacturing activities as well as developing and implementing policies, standards and procedures based on quality standards.

Keith’s methodical nature ensures he is focused on meeting the exacting standards of our quality system, ensuring every solution that leaves our premises meets the customers requirements and the demands of the environment it will be performing in.

Paul Andrzjczak oversees the purchasing and warehousing departments. With more than 20 years of experience working at APC Technology, he has developed extensive knowledge of the product lines, capabilities and customers.

Paul is an integral member of the management team, responsible for identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with our key suppliers. Paul aims to ensure his team source the best components, at the best prices, keeping our customer’s needs and expectation at the forefront of our business.
